I created Seasonal Rhythm™ for women who want my accompaniment through a year of curiosity, change, and discovery, and who recognize that understanding unfolds across time like gardens, moon phases, long goodbyes, migrations, and lives.

I provide structure and tools for your cultivation of a rhythm of self-study and symbolic inquiry.

We are neither hurried nor intense: simply attentive.
