CANCELLATION, REFUND, & RESCHEDULING POLICY

For Energetic Clarity™ Services:
Clarity Conversation™
Clarity Engagement™
Symbolic Insight™

Appointments are reserved exclusively for you.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled according to the required notice period.

• Clarity Conversation™ and Clarity Engagement™ appointments require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

• Symbolic Insight™ appointments require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for rescheduling, as preparation begins prior to the session.

Appointments cancelled with less than the required notice period, missed appointments, and no-shows are forfeited and are not eligible for refund.

For Clarity Conversation™ and Symbolic Insight™ appointments, missed appointments and late cancellations are forfeited and are not eligible for refund, credit, or complimentary rescheduling.

For clients enrolled in a Clarity Engagement™, a missed session or late cancellation results in forfeiture of that session. Sessions are allocated to the monthly service period in which they are scheduled and are not refunded, replaced, transferred, or carried forward to a future month.

If an emergency or extraordinary circumstance arises, please contact the practice as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of the practitioner.

Should it become necessary for the practitioner to cancel or reschedule an appointment, every effort will be made to provide advance notice and arrange an alternative appointment time.
