This page applies exclusively to Energetic Clarity, The Clarity Conversation, and The Clarity Engagement. It does not apply to licensed psychotherapy services, which are delivered through separate clinical platforms and governed by distinct regulatory and consent frameworks.

1. Scope of This Policy

Clarity services are consultative and non-clinical in nature. Data practices described here relate only to those services and to information collected through this website.

Psychotherapy services operate under separate consent, regulatory, and data-protection structures.

2. Use of AI-Assisted Tools

AI-assisted tools may be used for internal professional purposes, including note organization, reflection synthesis, and session preparation support.

All AI use remains under direct professional oversight. No client data is sold, shared publicly, or used for external model training.

AI tools are used solely to enhance clarity, organization, and efficiency within the scope of Clarity services.

3. Recording & Retention

When permitted by agreement, sessions may be recorded for internal professional use.

Recordings are:

  • Stored securely

  • Retained for no longer than six (6) months from the session date

  • Permanently deleted thereafter

Recordings are not shared publicly and are not used for marketing purposes without express written permission.

4. Research & De-Identification

From time to time, de-identified themes or aggregate client experiences may be referenced in writing, teaching, or thought leadership.

No names, dates, or identifying details are used.

Clients may opt out of inclusion in de-identified material at any time by providing written notice.

5. Data Storage & Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect client information.

Clarity services may utilize secure third-party scheduling, payment processing, analytics, and communication platforms.

While every effort is made to protect data, no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
